To carry out mechanical, electrical and construction activities in accordance with international standards and technical specifications in all kinds of construction, plan, project, reconnaissance, procurement, maintenance and repair works necessary for all the indoor and outdoor areas that the university has to physically be able to handle their activities, buildings and social areas.
