1- To make the planning of the investment programs of our university, to make the projects of the buildings and facilities to be realized within the scope of the investment program, to prepare the tender documents for these works, to carry out tenders related to the structures and repairs, to control the constructions, and to carry out repairs,
 
2- To provide technical support services to other academic and administrative units,
 
3- To carry out all kinds of construction and installation faults, maintenance and repair works of boiler room, heating installations, air conditioner, transformer centers, generator, heating and ventilation systems and telephone switchboard,
 
4- To make environment management in university campus areas, to create green areas, to carry out afforestation activities and to do irrigation and maintenance of existing green areas,
 
5- To carry out the operation, maintenance and repair of medium and low voltage electrical installations, drinking and irrigation water sources and networks of the vehicles and walking paths,
 
6. Carrying out the maintenance and repairs of the vehicles and the machinery of the premises of the department,
 
7- Telephone, data, camera etc. to establish infrastructural facilities of communication systems and to perform maintenance and repair works,
 
8- To make correspondence and negotiations with institutions and organizations within the scope of our president's duty and responsibility within the framework of the laws and regulations in force and in matters concerning our university.
 
9- Providing physical building related to cultural and sports needs of the students.
